What data we process

Browsing data. The IT systems that run this website collect, during normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the internet: IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser type and operating system. This data is necessary for the operation and security of the website and is kept only for the technical time strictly required.

Data provided voluntarily. This website contains no data collection forms. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp using the published contact details, we process the data you send us (name, contact details, content of the request) for the sole purpose of replying to you and handling any request for a site survey or quote.

Why we process data and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your requests and carry out pre-contractual activities (site survey, quote, design): the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To ensure the operation and security of the website: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To comply with legal obligations, for example tax and accounting obligations, should a contractual relationship be established (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not carry out profiling or automated marketing activities through this website.

How long we keep data

Browsing data is kept for the technical time needed for the security of the website. Data from contact requests is kept for the time needed to handle them; if a contractual relationship arises from the request, the documentation is kept for the periods required by law (normally ten years for accounting and tax obligations).

Who we share data with

Data may be processed by the website hosting provider, appointed as data processor, and by authorised and instructed collaborators and consultants of the controller. Data is not disclosed to the public. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the service is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., which processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy: please read the terms of the service before using it.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). If you believe that the processing infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
